postheadericon SOCCER FANS TO GET PREVIEW OF JAPANESE TEAM AT PRACTICE

Excitement is mounting in George as the Japanese National Football team arrive on Sunday June 6 to spend the next three weeks training at Outeniqua Park stadium, while stay at the luxury Fancourt Resort in Blanco.

The public will be able to get a taste of the Japanese team in action during an official open public viewing session at Outeniqua Park from 15:00 on June 7.

Fifa is releasing 7 000 free tickets to the public and these will be distributed through the George municipality.

Tickets  will be available on a ‘first come first serve’ basis (two per person) from the various community centres and the Civic Centre in George on 4 and 5 June, as well as on the morning of 7 June.
