ADJUSTMENTS TO THE 2009/2012 MEDIUM TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) (16/1/1/1) LHFOURIE/mm

PURPOSE - To submit to Council for approval adjustments to the 2009/2012 MTREF as stipulated in Section 28 of the MFMA.

BACKGROUND
The Council at a special meeting held on 13 November 2009, inter alia, resolved as follows:

In order to submit a report to Council to consider possible adjustments to the MTREF the stipulations of section 28 of the MFMA need to be highlighted.
